AGREE THAT MEGASEMINAR.COM AND ITS LICENSORS
(INCLUDING ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES
OR SUBCONTRACTORS) SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE MATERIALS OR CONCEPTS PRESENTED OR FOR
ANY ATTEMPTED USE OF SUCH INFORMATION FOR ANY
PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. MEGASEMINAR AND ITS AFFILIATES,
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE
TO USER AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY. Some states
and foreign countries provide rights in addition
to those above, or do not allow excluding or
limiting implied warranties, or liability for
incidental or consequential damages. Therefore,
the above limitation may not apply to you or
there may be state provisions which supersede
the above. IF THERE SHALL, NOTWITHSTANDING
THE ABOVE PROVISIONS, AT ANY TIME BE OR ARISE
ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF MEGASEMINAR OR
ITS LICENSORS BY VIRTUE OF THIS SEMINAR AGREEMENT
OR BECAUSE OF THE RELATION THEREBY ESTABLISHED,
WHETHER DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF MEGASEMINAR
OR ITS LICENSORS OR OTHERWISE, SUCH LIABILITY
IS AND SHALL BE LIMITED TO A SUM EQUAL IN AMOUNT
TO A REFUND OF THE PRICE PAID OR REPLACEMENT/CREDIT
TOWARDS A FUTURE SIMILAR SEMINAR EVENT, AT OUR
SOLE DISCRETION; THIS IS AGREED TO YOU UNDER
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT , AS LIMITED DAMAGES
AND NOT AS A PENALTY. YOU ALSO AGREE TO HOLD
KEN AND MEGASEMINAR.COM AND IT'S AFFILIATES
AND PRESENTERS COMPLETELY HARMLESS FROM ANY
MATERIAL LOSS OR INJURY SUSTAINED DURING YOUR
ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, EVEN IF SUCH INJURY
OR LOSS IS FOUND TO BE THE FAULT OF MEGASEMINAR
PRESENTERS, ORGANIZERS, ATTENDEES, AFFILIATES
AND/OR VENUE/HOTEL STAFF AND/OR EMPLOYEES OR
GUESTS. THIS
LIABILITY SHALL BE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, DATA,
SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, MEGASEMINAR.COM DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (i) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE
AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES;
AND (ii) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SEATS ARE PURCHASED
BY AND FOR ORIGINAL USER ONLY AND MAY NOT BE SOLD/RESOLD IN ANY MANNER OR VENUE.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE
OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION
OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION
OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH

OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF
SEMINAR CONCEPTS NOR ATTENDANCE, NOR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SEMINAR
OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.
INDEMNIFICATION: YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS MEGASEMINAR.COM
AND ITS LICENSORS (INCLUDING ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES,
AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR SUBCONTRACTORS) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LOSSES
IMPOSED ON, INCURRED BY OR ASSERTED AS A RESULT OF OR RELATED TO: (a) your access
and use of the seminar materials and/or concepts (b) any non-compliance
by user with the terms and conditions hereof; or (c) any third party actions
related to users receipt and use of the information, whether authorized or unauthorized
(d) any personal injury, loss of business, property or any other type of loss
whatsoever. Any cooperation by MEGASEMINAR in such defense is without waiver
of attorney-client, work product, or other legal privileges. Any clause declared
invalid shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability
of the remainder. These terms may only be amended in a writing signed and notarized
by Ken C.
VENUE: This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado,
excluding any rule or principle that would refer to and apply the substantive
law of another state or jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by applicable law,
any claims or causes of action arising from or relating to your attendance at
MEGASEMINAR contemplated by this User Agreement must be instituted
within thirty (30) days from the date upon which such claim or cause arose
or was accrued. Further, any such claim or cause of action may only be brought
in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you agree to submit to
the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts and hereby appoint the Secretary
of State of Colorado as your agent for service of process. This User
Agreement is complete at the time you agreed to it by completing the purchasing
process, and this User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
parties, and no other agreement, written or oral, exists between you and MEGASEMINAR.

SUBSTITUTIONS: In the event that one or
more of our regularly scheduled speakers
does not appear as scheduled, MegaSeminar.com
reserves the right to substitute extended
presentations from other presenters in
place of originally-scheduled speakers.
You hereby agree and accept that this is
acceptable to you, and that we cannot guarantee
the presence of all or any particular speaker
at this venue.
By participating
in this event and otherwise accessing any information furnished to you by Ken and MegaSeminar and it's presenters, hereinafter known as MegaSeminar,

Photo/Video Release : You hereby agree that any photographs
and/or videos taken of you during my participation in this seminar may be used
for publicity or any other use seen fit by MEGASEMINAR.COM, Ken C and guest
presenters. You hereby waive any right you may have to inspect and/or
approve of any photographs, audio or video recordings of myself. By attending,
you agree to let us videotape this event and use your likeness in commercial
media products(s) such as DVDs and/or website presentations by MegaSeminar.com
as we deem suitable without further renumeration. You agree to wear reasonably
professional business casual clothing to the event, and to maintain a quiet,
professional demeanor throughout the sessions as they are being presented.
Participant Non-Disruption: You agree to not disrupt, question,
argue, nor otherwise cause any kind of disruption nor distubance at the MegaSeminar.
Behavior constituting “disruptive behavior” is at the sole determination of Ken
C. If a participant engages in disruptive
behavior of any kind, they
may be held liable for damages and agree that they may be ejected from the event
without refund nor further renumeration. Participant agrees to hold MegaSeminar
and it's security and hotel staff completely harmless from any injury or other
claimed damage that may result before, during or after the ejection process.
Participant
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Participant hereby acknowledges that they
will be trained in material considered “trade secret” and confidential in nature.
Participant agrees to not disclose any techniques nor comments about the event
of any kind to others, via forums, message boards, private emails, blogs or any
other venue. If Participant does disclose any information about the event then
they admit to
damages and breach of contract and will be subject to civil
litigation and damages. Participant also agrees to not create, nor partner nor
associate with any person, any kind of derivative product related to the MegaSeminar,
including but not limited to ebooks, special reports, audio or video files, public
postings of content, or any other derived materials. Participant shall not record
